Job summary

Hubbell Incorporated is seeking a Material Handler in Hamilton, Ohio to move, store, and track materials across the plant. You will verify incoming items, stage materials for production, and maintain inventory records to support continuous operations.

The role requires 1–3 years in a manufacturing warehouse, SAP knowledge, and forklift operation (certified preferred). A valid driver's license and the ability to pass background checks are expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of material handling or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with SAP and inventory systems.
• Ability to operate forklifts; certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against PO.
• Transport materials to storage or production areas with equipment.
• Prepare and stage materials for production per work orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and outbound shipments.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly.
• Keep work areas clean and organized for a safe environment.
• Lifting up to 50 lbs consistently.
• Work up to 10 hours per day and weekends as needed.
• Hold a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
