Job summary

Ohio Valley Goodwill Industries is hiring a Material Handler-Closeout Goods in Cincinnati, OH. The role focuses on movement, storage, and management of materials in our Closeout Goods warehouse, including loading/unloading, inventory tracking, and operating pallet jacks to keep operations running smoothly.

We seek reliable individuals with a high school diploma and warehouse experience; ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Warehouse, industrial, or material handling experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment.
• Must work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, and stack materials using manual methods or pallet jacks.
• Receive incoming materials and verify accuracy.
• Store materials properly to prevent damage or loss.
• Package materials for shipping when needed.
• Maintain accurate records and follow safety procedures.
• Communicate with supervisors and warehouse staff for smooth operations.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Sort and process materials for sale in store as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
