Job summary

G&W Electric is seeking a Material Handler II to move materials between cells and warehouses, perform inventory tasks in the business system, and support production. You will unload, store, and route materials, operate pallet jacks and forklifts, and ensure safety and accuracy in daily operations.

The role requires reading Bills of Materials, intermediate computer skills, and a valid forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift certification and be able to operate PIT equipment.
• Must be able to read and interpret Bills of Materials.
• Strong computer skills are required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Move materials between cells, departments and the central warehouse.
• Perform inventory transactions and cycle counts in the business system.
• Unload, move and store materials, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Operate forklifts/pallet jacks and other moving equipment safely.
