Job summary

Port Huron, MI-based Eissmann Group Automotive seeks a Warehouse Associate to move and store material efficiently, document daily forklift activity, and ensure on-time delivery to production lines using SAP and FIFO processes.

You will operate forklifts up to 26,001 lbs GVW, support quality and maintenance teams, and participate in cycle counts while maintaining 2S1Y housekeeping and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office, MRP systems, and scanners.
• Min. 1 year warehouse experience.
• Motivated and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining/completing necessary documents for motorized vehicles (ie daily forklift checklist).
• Movement of material from warehouse to production via EPS systems.
• Deliver stock and supplies to production lines on time ensuring proper movements in SAP. (FIFO)
• Use of motorized vehicles following safety guidelines.
• Pull and stage product for outgoing shipments.
• Retain driver signed copies for our records.
• Load and unload freight carriers as required.
• Communicate with production lines to ensure no material shortages.
• Support quality, maintenance, prototype, EPS and office staff as needed.
• Ensure housekeeping/2S1Y standards are met on a daily basis.
• Actively participate in cycle count and physical inventories.
• Comply with all ISO 14001, IATF 16949, ISMS/27001 requirements.
• Participate in continuous improvements and safety initiatives.
• Ability to operate trucks with a capacity of at least 26,001 lbs per gross vehicle weight.
• Any other duties assigned by Supervision and/or Management
