Job summary

Strongwell in Bristol, VA is seeking a warehouse associate to operate forklifts and move materials, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and inventory accuracy. You will travel finished goods between Pultrusion and Shipping, deliver reclaim glass to Material Prep, and assist with sorting and counting raw materials.

• This role requires basic computer literacy and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift, sidewinder, combi, or other equipment to move raw material and finished goods.
• Ensure traveled finished good bundles are packaged, counted, and labeled correctly.
• Travel finished goods between Pultrusion and Shipping.
• Deliver reclaim glass to the Material Prep Dept.
• Assist with inventory tasks including sorting, labeling, and counting raw materials.
• Flexible to change tasks at a moment's notice when asked by the shift Supervisor or Lead.
• Follow environmental and safety precautions.
• Understand all safety data sheets
• Follow work protocols as required
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance
• Work with others in a cooperative fashion
• ISO compliant
• Observes product inventory to ensure timely production.
• Positive communication with internal customers.
• Minimizes waste
• Effectively communicates production information to subsequent crews.
