Job summary

Sheridan in Brainerd, MN is hiring for a Full Time position. This role requires a High School diploma and strong communication, troubleshooting, and detail skills. You will operate on-site, Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM, earning $16.00 per hour with OT after 40 hours and on Sundays. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver materials to bindery equipment to keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure pulled components are organized and grouped in the assigned area.
• Pull completed press sheets to bindery equipment or staging area.
• Check and pull components to the shipping department for processing.
• Communicate with floor supervisor about what is staged at each machine.
• Store jobs in the warehouse and record locations in the Locator System.
• Schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week; shift 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Overtime pays time and a half after 40 hours and Sundays.

Job Duties

• Deliver materials to bindery equipment to ensure continuous operation.
• Ensure that all pulled components of each job are in the proper position, organized and grouped together in the assigned area.
• Pull all completed press sheets to proper bindery equipment or staging area.
• Check and pull all components to the shipping department for processing.
• Communicate with floor supervisor indicating what has been staged at each machine.
• Store jobs in warehouse, recording locations in the Locator System.
• Schedule is Monday to Friday - 40 hours/week.
• Monday - Friday: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
• Overtime pays time and a half after 40 hours per week and Sundays.

Minimum Education Required

High School diploma or equivalent.

Minimum Experience Required

• Good communication, troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
