Job summary

Sheridan Minnesota is seeking a hands-on Bindery Operator trainee. This 1st shift role runs Monday to Friday, 6:30AM–3PM with potential overtime. You will learn to operate bindery machines, monitor quality, and work with a team to meet daily production goals.

No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you. Candidates should be 18+, have a HS diploma or GED, and be comfortable using basic tools and reading measurements.

This is a 1st shift position - working Monday - Friday, 6:30AM - 3PM with potential for overtime hours.

• Follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized workspace.

What We’re Looking For

No bindery experience? No problem—we’ll train you.

We’re looking for people who:

• Are at least 18 years of age.
• Have a High School Diploma, or GED.
• Are mechanically inclined and comfortable using basic tools.
• Can read basic job instructions and measurements (decimals, sizes, etc.)
• Take pride in doing quality work
• Show up reliably and work well with a team.

It’s a plus if you have:

• Print, bindery, or finishing experience
• Experience setting up or adjusting production equipment

Physical & Work Environment

Work is performed in a factory environment with regular exposure to dust, dirt, noise, and the physical hazards of machinery, plus some exposure to fumes, oils, lubricants, and chemicals.

• Safety toe shoes and hearing protection required.
• On your feet for most of the shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push and/or pull 50lbs.
