We are seeking a hands-on leader to manage material teams, ensure SOP compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the operation.

The role emphasizes safety, training, documentation, and real-time KPI management, with interactions across operators and management to maintain workflow and quality.

Qualifications

• Five years of applicable experience in material or operations roles.
• Strong computer, math, and reading skills.
• Ability to lead projects and project teams.
• Ability to multi-task in a changing environment and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with leadership and peers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of material support to meet daily and weekly KPI.
• Ensure SOPs and safety rules are followed by all team members.
• Assign work, monitor progress, and provide real-time feedback to maintain productivity and quality.
• Train and mentor new employees on equipment operation and processes.
• Maintain records of material data, downtime, and usage.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying workflow enhancements.
• Communicate effectively with material activities and stakeholders.
• Maintain 5S housekeeping in the work area.
• Manage trailer dock inbound and outbound processes.
• Provide line-area support for assigned district and conduct End of Shift audits.
