Qualifications

• 7+ years in warehouse coordination or similar roles.
• Forklift certification, or ability to secure one within 30 days.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Proficiency with computerized inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Move, organize, and label materials and supplies in the warehouse.
• Monitor inventory levels and flag shortages, surpluses, or discrepancies.
• Deliver materials to workstations on a just‑in‑time basis.
• Apply lean principles (5S) to reduce waste and improve layout.
• Track material movement for supervisor reporting.
• Support quality control through inspections and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to maintain flow.
• Follow all safety protocols when handling materials.
