Job summary

Baltimore Aircoil Company, Inc. Dayton location is seeking a Material Handler to support plant production through accurate material movement, stockroom replenishment, and shipments.

The role requires safe operation of powered equipment and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. You will prioritize tasks across multiple workstations, ensure on-time deliveries to production, and contribute to 5S and continuous improvement efforts while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety

Qualifications

• Experience in material handling within manufacturing or plant environments.
• Ability to document processes clearly and communicate with supervisors and coworkers.
• Familiar with inventory practices and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate material flow to support manufacturing processes.
• Move and stage materials for assembly lines and shipping.
• Operate safety equipment and cranes as required and maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Assist with stock replenishment and coordination with purchasing to identify shortages.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and adhere to 5S standards.
