Job summary

HDT Global is seeking a Material Handler in Cincinnati, OH to move materials, stock, and support production across warehouse and shop floors. The role involves handling a range of equipment and performing cycle counts, with attention to safety and process documentation.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience and a High School diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Familiarity with warehouse layouts, material flow, loading docks, and storage practices.
• SAP knowledge a plus; familiarity with vendor shipment portals (WAWF).
• Understanding of hazardous materials regulations (IATA and 49 CFR).
• Goal oriented and team focused to ensure timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety practices and meet quality standards.
• Adapt procedures and tools to meet special needs with minimal supervision.
• Communicate effectively with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality.
• Perform stock picking, cycle counting, and stocking with equipment.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound shipments; verify documentation.
• Deliver materials to workstations; stage finished goods for shipment or storage.
• Report shop floor production data and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Participate in annual physical inventory and reconcile records.
• Support lean/six sigma/quality/safety initiatives and other projects.
