Job summary

5th Axis is seeking dependable Material Handlers to support the movement, staging, and control of materials across receiving, inventory, production, and shipping within our Carlsbad facility. You will help locate, verify, and stage material for the next operation and ensure accurate inventory flow to keep production on schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in material handling or warehouse roles preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, move, stage, organize, and distribute materials throughout the facility.
• Support material requirements for production, assembly, warehouse, and shipping operations.
• Verify materials, quantities, part numbers, and related documentation as required.
• Perform inventory transactions and maintain accurate material records within Company systems.
• Pick and stage materials based on production requirements.
• Support receiving, inventory, replenishment, and material-storage activities.
• Identify shortages, discrepancies, damage, or inventory concerns and escalate as needed.
• Move product between work centers to support production flow.
