Job summary

3M HEALTHCARE is seeking a warehouse associate in Wisconsin to support production and distribution operations. You will read production schedules and customer orders to move items, transport materials to storage or other areas, and assemble orders onto pallets.

Required is a High School Diploma or GED with at least 1 year in a manufacturing environment; Oracle or similar WMS experience is preferred, and forklift experience is a plus. Safety and accuracy are essential.

Qualifications

• HSD or GED with at least 1 year in a manufacturing warehouse environment.
• Experience with Oracle or a similar WMS is preferred.
• Minimum 1 year in a warehouse position; forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reads schedules and orders to determine items to move, gather, or distribute.
• Transports materials from receiving/production to storage or other areas.
• Assembles customer orders and palletizes items for shipment.
• Records material movements and counts as required.
• Operates material handling equipment and ensures safety and housekeeping.
• Maintains clean work area and adheres to safety guidelines.
