Responsibilities

• Deliver or route materials to departments using equipment.
• Attach identification tags to containers.
• Read work orders to determine material needs.
• Record unit movements on production sheets.
• Move freight to storage/production areas using equipment.
• Sort cargo before loading and unloading.
• Assemble product containers and crates.
• Load/unload ship cargo using hoists.
• Pack containers and re-pack damaged containers.
• Carry tools and supplies from storage or trucks as needed.
