Job summary

Belmark, Inc. seeks a Material Expeditor to manage the flow of materials through production to meet schedules in a fast-paced packaging environment. The role emphasizes safety, accurate stock levels, and timely delivery of items to presses.

Hours are 3:00 AM–3:00 PM on a 3-on/1-off, 3-on/7-off, 12-hour shift pattern with overtime after 36 hours; AM shift includes a $1 per hour differential. Belmark offers comprehensive family-friendly benefits and a site-based health clinic.

Qualifications

• Requires education equivalent to two years of high school.
• Knowledge of English and ability to write legibly.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow simple written and oral instructions.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers and decimals.
• Ability to operate a computer with standard programs.
• Ability to stand/walk for most of the shift and lift up to 50–100 lb as needed.
• Ability to maintain concentration and attention to detail to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and maintain Safe Quality Foods requirements.
• Ensure correct stock at presses according to schedule and press downtime.
• Return unused stock to warehouse and manage inventory entries.
• Deliver non-stock items to appropriate area and keep aisles clear.
• Coordinate with lead press operator to meet scheduling needs.
• Stock next shift presses per schedule to reduce downtime.
• Assist with physical inventory and safely operate material handling equipment.
• May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
