Job summary

Belmark Inc. is seeking a Material Expeditor to manage the flow of materials through departments in a fast-paced packaging environment.

You will ensure the correct stock is available to meet production schedules and collaborate with the lead press operator to prevent downtime while maintaining inventory accuracy. The role offers AM shift hours with a 3 days on/1 day off pattern and requires attention to safety procedures, with a background in basic data entry and computer use.

Qualifications

• Requires High school level education with basic English reading/writing ability.
• Experience reading schedules and following written instructions is helpful.
• Must be able to operate a computer and perform basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and maintain Safe Quality Foods standards.
• Manage stock to meet production schedules and prevent downtime.
• Return unused stock to warehouse and keep press areas neat.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform stock size changes in the system.
• Coordinate with lead press operator to ensure shifts are stocked for upcoming work.
