Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Material Flow Supervisor to oversee daily material flow at an on-site facility, aligning receiving, warehousing and shipping with production needs. You will lead a team, develop efficient processes, and coordinate with logistics providers to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business or engineering.
• CPIM certification or plan to obtain within 18 months.
• Experience in manufacturing/inventory management and lean processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily material flow at the site to meet production needs.
• Direct receiving, warehousing and distribution activities; supervise staff.
• Develop warehouse systems for receiving, inventory management and shipping.
• Coordinate with logistics/providers and 3PLs both on- and off-site.
• Enforce safety, compliance, and process improvements across operations.
