Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Materials/Logistics Supervisor in New York to supervise daily material flow, coordinate warehousing and distribution, and ensure timely shipments. You will lead a team, implement lean improvements, and partner with logistics providers.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with 1–5 years in manufacturing logistics, and a Bachelor’s degree or CPIM certification preferred. On-site work and competitive benefits are provided.

• Proven ability to implement lean management to improve velocity and reduce inventory.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills with staff development focus.
