Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with rate-based or flow line environments; lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Improve costs and productivity while meeting site goals.
• Ensure timely unloading, receiving, storage and delivery to production areas.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and reporting.
• Lead materials replenishment and picking to supply production lines.
• Develop and deploy replenishment methods (Kanban, sequencing).
• Collaborate with engineering on replenishment methods.
