Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in receiving/warehouse coordination
• 3–5+ years of people management in a union environment
• ERP/WMS experience, SAP preferred
• OSHA knowledge and 5S
• Strong Excel skills and inventory analysis

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of material supervisors and handlers
• Develop material flow strategies across warehouse and production value streams
• Utilize ERP, WMS, and inventory systems to monitor movement
• Ensure uninterrupted material availability for production and fulfillment
• Own dock-to-stock SLA including put away, replenishment and staging
• Optimize layouts, material handling, and inventory locations
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment
• Ensure warehousing functions such as cart picking and lineside material
• Identify opportunities to improve flow and reduce waste
• Ensure OSHA compliance and internal audit readiness
