Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Material Flow Manager to oversee the efficient purchase, storage and movement of raw materials and finished goods across our Wisconsin operations.

You will forecast material needs, coordinate supply and ensure timely flow to production lines while coordinating with shipping and distribution. The role requires leading a team, driving continuous improvement, maintaining SAP data accuracy and optimizing inventory levels to meet safety stock targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 6 years in manufacturing supply chain with at least 3 in leadership.
• Proficient with SAP and Excel for data analysis.
• Strong leadership, integrity, and results-oriented.
• Experience with forecasting, inventory, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall Supply Chain activities to meet plant goals for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Inventory and Continuous Improvement.
• Develop a budget and manage the administration responsibilities for all aspects of the Materials function.
• Lead and coordinate purchasing and leasing functions.
• Ensure on-time shipments and resolve scheduling issues with production personnel.
• Maintain SAP data accuracy and optimize inventory levels to meet safety stock targets.
• Collaborate with quality, vendors and production to prevent supply chain issues.
