Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a Warehouse Associate -- Material Handler to support day-to-day warehouse and production material flow. You will assist in shipping/receiving, loading/unloading, material transfer, and safe operation of forklifts and pallet jacks.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in a warehouse setting and be comfortable with PQS tasks, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate records. Starting pay is competitive and benefits may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience operating PIT equipment.
• Minimum 1 year warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years of powered lift truck experience.
• Ability to use basic math skills.
• Ability to organize work and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with supervisor to determine materials needed for production.
• Perform receiving and shipping activities, including loading/unloading.
• Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks per training and OSHA rules.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through real-time transactions and barcode scans.
• Ensure dock, staging, and warehouse cleanliness and safety.
