Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering.
• Related internship or work experience.
• Interest in growth, process improvement, and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Learn plant operations and apply metallurgical concepts to improve processes.
• Understand process changes and product performance impact.
• Collect and communicate product quality data.
• Perform root cause analysis of defects and effects on products.
• Assist in troubleshooting customer complaints with failure analysis.
• Contribute to process improvements via data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
• Participate in Six Sigma, Orange Belt, and problem-solving teams.
• Answer inquiries from other departments and monitor production for issues.
• Conduct customer and internal tours as needed.
