• Collect and communicate product quality data.
• Perform root cause analysis of process-related defects.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints with failure analysis.
• Contribute to process improvements via data analysis and collaboration.
• Participate in Six Sigma, Orange Belt, and problem‑solving teams.
• Support cross‑department inquiries and monitor production for issues.
• Conduct customer and internal plant tours as needed.
