Job summary

Donatech Corporation is seeking an experienced Materials Engineer specializing in optical thin films. You will design, develop, and scale thin film coatings, leveraging sputtering and evaporation along with TFCalc/OptiLayer/FilmStar/FilmWizard to meet performance specs.

Ideal candidates have 10-15 years in advanced thin film coatings and a related bachelor’s degree, with hands-on experience in production environments and analytical/metrology techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, physics or related field.
• 10-15 years experience in advanced thin film coatings.
• Experience developing and producing advanced thin film technology solutions.

Job Description:

Experienced thin film materials and process engineer. Extensive experience with sputtering and evaporation designs and processes to produce optical thin-film based products. Expertise using one or more thin film design tools such as TFCalc, OptiLayer, FilmStar, FilmWizard. Competent with various advanced analytical and metrology tools.

Required:

• -10-15 years experience in advanced thin film coatings
• -Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Material Science, Physics or related field.
• -Experience running the technical development and production of advanced thin film based technology solutions
