Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Thin Film Process Engineer based in Torrance, CA. The Thin Film Process Engineer will develop and optimize thin-film coating processes and solutions tailored to meet performance requirements. Responsibilities include designing and monitoring processes for optical coatings, troubleshooting and implementing process improvements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards. The role requires overseeing the successful production of high-performance surface treatments to ensure customer satisfaction and quality assurance.
