Carrier is seeking a Materials Engineer at its Fort Worth, TX facility to design and optimize material flows, packaging, and replenishment systems that support lean line-side presentation and efficient inventory management.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in materials or logistics engineering; preferred candidates have Industrial Engineering or Logistics training and experience with kanban and lean logistics techniques.
