Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and optimize production processes at a Carrier facility in the United States. You will develop line layouts, process sheets, time studies, and capacity analyses to stabilize production lines.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in manufacturing engineering. You will apply Lean tools, lead improvement projects, and support NPI/PPAP activities while ensuring safety and efficiency on the floor.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
  • 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a discrete/assembly environment.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; employer sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities

  • Design, document and implement manufacturing processes and standard work instructions.
  • Develop line layouts, process sheets, time studies and capacity analyses.
  • Support installation, implementation and stabilization of production lines.
  • Lead process-improvement, productivity and scrap-reduction projects.
  • Support new-product introduction (NPI) and PPAP/APQP activities.
  • Apply Lean tools and structured problem-solving on the floor.
  • Create and maintain visual aids, work instructions and process documentation.

Employer sponsorship is not available for this role.****Preferred Qualifications:***** Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.* Hands-on experience developing standard work, process sheets, time studies and capacity analyses.* Working knowledge of line layouts, GD&T, fixtures/tooling and process validation.* Experience supporting line installation, implementation and stabilization.* Proficiency with Lean tools and structured problem-solving (5-Why, fishbone, 8D).* Experience supporting production line implementation and operational readiness.* CAD proficiency (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and process-analysis tools.* Lean / Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred.**Pay Range**The annual salary for this position is between $79,000.00 - $158,000.00 annually.
