Job summary

Carrier is seeking an Industrial Engineer at our Fort Worth facility to optimize methods, times, capacities and workflows. You will guide line-balancing, labor standards and plant layouts to improve factory efficiency.

Responsibilities include time studies, capacity modeling and data analytics using Lean tools. In this role you will drive productivity improvements, support production-line optimization, and configure ERP/MES parameters for labor hours.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; 3+ years in manufacturing industrial engineering.
  • Proven experience in time studies, motion analysis and line-balancing.
  • Ability to define standard work, capacity models and direct-labor requirements.
  • Experience designing plant layouts and material flows to optimize operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with Lean methodologies.
  • Experience with simulation and data-analysis tools.
