Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Materials, Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering.
• Prefer a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Apply principles learned in school to hands-on situations, such as process and product design.
• Achieve performance goals with progressive responsibility in process and/or product engineering.
• Identify and recommend process improvements for projects.
• Attend departmental meetings and training sessions.
• Perform or review systems analysis, testing, and documentation for existing processes.
• Take ownership of identified projects and work on cross-team collaborations.
• Work with peers and other departments on new product development and enhancements.
