Qualifications

• Full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Materials, Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering.
• Prefer a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to hands-on process and product design.
• Support achievement of performance goals with progressively increased responsibility.
• Identify and propose process improvements for projects.
• Attend departmental meetings and training sessions.
• Assist with systems analysis, testing, and documentation for existing processes.
• Collaborate on new product development and product enhancements.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and work to meet goals on time.
