Job Description:

Job Family Definition:

Accountable for development, planning, execution, and management of activities related to materials and inventory control for materials, parts, and supplies. Responsibilities include logistics coordination, receiving, distribution, storage, cycle counting, inspection, order fulfillment, kitting, movement of materials, maintaining inventory records, scheduling work, compiling data for reports, and statistical analysis.

Management Level Definition:

Applies intermediate subject matter knowledge to solve routine issues within established guidelines. Supervises non-exempt individual contributors in a single functional area, providing mentoring and guidance, and escalating issues where precedent is not established.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure materials and distribution performance meet business requirements.
• Manage a team of non-exempt contributors, leading daily activities.
• Handle hiring, performance monitoring, coaching, and career development.
• Ensure delivery of products and services meeting performance metrics.
• Must be a US Citizen

Education and Experience Required:

• First level university degree in business management or equivalent experience.
• Typically 2+ years in a supply chain role.
• Typically 0-2 years in project management.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Strong communication skills in English and local language.
• Data analysis, project management, people management, partnering skills, and Lean Sigma familiarity.
