Job summary

The role requires basic math, reading/writing, and strong communication skills, with forklift certification obtainable within the first month.

Qualifications

High School Diploma and 0-1+ years of experience in a warehouse or production environment.
Ability to obtain fork truck certification within the first month of employment.
Ability to use basic math for counting.
Ability to read and write and follow written or oral instructions.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Receives, stores and issues service and manufacturing supplies and parts.
Inputs requisition information into SAP to confirm receipt of material.
Selects locations for material based on type, size, or part numbers.
Ensures proper product identification throughout receiving, storage, picking and shipping.
Assists in cycle counting and inventory verification to protect stock integrity.
Operates or gains proficiency with fork trucks, hand trucks, and RF equipment.
Verifies outgoing shipments against bills of lading and orders.
Maintains inventory of department materials and supplies.
