Qualifications

• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in a technical field or 2+ years of related experience.
• Ability to follow written test procedures and document results in lab reporting systems.
• Experience in optical fiber cable testing or telecom lab environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute cable testing per industry standards and customer requirements.
• Operate, maintain, and calibrate laboratory equipment; ensure measurement accuracy.
• Communicate timelines and results clearly to customers and Lab Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle materials per environmental and hazardous materials protocols.
• Train new technicians on lab equipment use and maintenance.
