The Materials Developer will oversee fabric development for TravisMathew, working with Design, Development and Material Sourcing across seasonal collections to translate creative concepts into commercially viable fabrics that meet aesthetic expectations, sourcing requirements, and cost goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or technical trade school and/or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in material sourcing and development.
• Proficient in PLM systems and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-season fabrics with Design, Merch, Development & Sourcing teams.
• Translate concepts into commercially viable materials that meet costs.
• Track fabric development, lab dips, pricing and approvals in PLM; manage yardage commitments.
• Maintain development files and reports for documentation and seasonal recaps.
• Present development trials to stakeholders to assist with fabric/trim adoption.
