Job summary

Garmin Ltd. in the U.S. headquarters area is seeking a Planner 2 to manage semi-complex supply chain planning, purchasing, and manufacturing activities. You will participate in developing planning procedures and ensure alignment with company goals.

You will work with cross-functional teams, own KPI accountability, and guide junior planners while optimizing data-driven processes. This is a full-time, on-site role in the Greater Kansas City area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication across cross-functional teams.
• Intermediate MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform semi-complex materials planning, purchasing, and manufacturing tasks.
• Own and evaluate department KPIs and support data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with teams and mentor Planner 1 associates; plan daily workload.
