Job summary

QXO, Inc. is seeking a Non-CDL Driver to safely deliver materials to customers and job sites. The role blends driving with loading/unloading and validating deliveries. You will support warehouse operations and maintain accurate delivery records while upholding excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate holds a valid driver's license, 1–2 years of driving experience, forklift familiarity, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. DOT Medical Card within 30 days is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1–2 years driving experience preferred.
• Some knowledge of millwork construction supplies is helpful.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs safely.
• Must obtain DOT Medical Card within 30 days.
• Experience operating a forklift is a plus.
• Direct customer interaction experience is preferred.
• Strong communication with colleagues, vendors, and customers.
• Adaptability to varying weather and sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently in compliance with traffic laws and policies.
• Deliver materials to job sites and customer locations on time.
• Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Verify materials, quantities, and delivery details.
• Obtain signatures or proof of delivery as required.
• Maintain delivery logs and paperwork.
• Interact professionally with customers and site personnel.
• Address questions and ensure a positive delivery experience.
• Load/unload/secure materials; assist with returns and exchanges.
• Support warehouse operations and proper PPE use.
• Report accidents or unsafe conditions promptly.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
