Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with delivery, material handling and/or warehouse required.
• Able to read orders, perform basic math and complete forms.
• Effective verbal and written communication with customers and coworkers.
• Commitment to safety and ability to operate equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Operate safely.
• Deliver and unload materials to customer satisfaction.
• Check orders for accuracy.
• Organize and secure loads.
• Obtain supervisor approval on loads for proper count and conditions.
• Assist in yard/warehouse housekeeping.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Relay customer messages while on job.
• Assist other areas as assigned.
