Electronic Systems Inc. (ESI) is hiring a Materials Associate in Sioux Falls, SD, for a full-time on-site role. You will support production by counting, staging, and issuing materials, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with buyers and production teams to address shortages.

Ideal candidates have forklift certification willingness, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds while upholding safety standards in a busy warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with materials and inventory control.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Willingness to become forklift certified.
• Ability to drive company vehicles with SD license.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Count, stage, and issue materials for production jobs using scheduling system.
• Enter item numbers and quantities into Business Management Software System.
• Receive incoming materials, tag product, and stock items.
• Restock overages and transfer materials as needed.
• Communicate with buyers and production teams about shortages.
• Issue materials listed on shortage sheets when received.
• Ship outgoing products and print shipping labels.
• Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe stock areas.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
