Job summary

Goodwill Industries in Bellevue, OH is seeking a Materials Coordinator to oversee shipping and receiving, ensure raw parts are available for production, and maintain accurate inventory. This role reports to the Materials Supervisor and requires attention to safety and teamwork.

Responsibilities include verifying incoming parts, managing warehouse locations, operating forklift as needed, and collaborating with the warehouse team to keep materials flowing efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two years' experience in a manufacturing environment and materials coordination preferred.
• Forklift certification required with training provided by Goodwill Industries.

Responsibilities

• Verify incoming parts and quantities per packing slip.
• Assist with assigning P.A.T.S. locations in the warehouse.
• Operate EZ-ISM and Penske Portal and other computer systems.
• Ensure raw parts are available for production and communicate issues with Materials Supervisor.
• Scan and stage raw parts and place them at correct locations in a timely manner.
• Assist with daily inventory of raw parts.
• Complete quality audits of raw parts and finished assemblies during production.
• Maintain open communication with Forklift Drivers and operate forklift as necessary.
• Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality and attend safety trainings.
• Promote positive teamwork among co-workers.
