Job summary

Kao is seeking a Materials Coordinator in Cincinnati to oversee inbound materials and ensure production schedules are met. You will use SAP and other planning tools to plan shipments and support shipping/receiving, including hazardous materials documentation.

You will collaborate with the Receiving Team Lead, manage domestic and international shipments, and maintain accurate records while building strong internal and external relationships. First shift 6:00am - 2:30pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with international shipments and documentation preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Knowledge of WMS/SAP.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet daily requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound materials to meet production schedules using SAP and planning tools.
• Coordinate export and domestic shipments including hazardous material shipments.
• Verify inbound/outbound shipments and process bills of lading; ensure accuracy of documentation.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders.
• Review shipping/receiving documents and resolve discrepancies.
