Job summary

Kao USA, Inc. is seeking a Material Coordinator to oversee inbound materials and ensure material availability for production. You will use SAP and planning tools to schedule shipments, support inbound/outbound activities, and create hazardous materials shipping documents as required.

The role reports to the Receiving Team Lead and offers a first shift from 6:00am to 2:30pm, with a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with international shipments and documentation.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of WMS/SAP.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound materials to meet production schedules using SAP and planning tools.
• Coordinate export and domestic shipments following standards including hazardous materials.
• Verify and sign inbound/outbound shipments and prepare bills of lading.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers and internal/external partners.
• Review shipping documentation for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain data/records related to shipping and receiving activities.
