Job summary

You will collaborate with logistics, procurement, and warehouse teams, maintain records, and optimize material flow while adhering to safety procedures; prior experience in oilfield or heavy-duty truck environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse distribution in a heavy-duty truck or oilfield services environment.
• Familiarity with oilfield or manufacturing operations is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead contact for district warehouse staff and logistics operations.
• Receive and verify incoming materials; record quantities and condition.
• Prepare and ship outgoing materials with proper documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Logistics for restocking.
• Sort, label, store, and organize materials for accuracy and accessibility.
• Fill requisitions, work orders, and purchase requests accurately.
• Identify and report discrepancies such as damages or shortages.
• Maintain records of inventory movement and warehouse activities.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Logistics, and Operations on cost-effective material delivery plans.
• Take initiative on ad-hoc projects as directed.
• Perform other duties to support operational goals.
