Job summary

KBR, Inc. in Alabama is seeking a Material Coordinator to manage receipt, storage, tracking, and issuance of parts and supplies in support of TACOM maintenance. You will maintain accurate inventories and support cycle counts and physical inventories.

You will use ERP and LMP systems to process production orders, monitor material availability, and resolve supply issues with suppliers and internal teams. This role requires U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; supplemental technical or vocational training preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in material coordination, inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics.
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance and U.S. citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Process workflow in ERP, LMP, CAMS/ERP to manage parts and materials.
• Support planning and acquisition of parts per assigned branch.
• Use LMP to validate MRP-derived requirements and ensure schedule alignment.
• Update production orders with material requirements and finalize component issuance.
• Communicate shortages and coordinate with Parts Managers and expeditors.
• Perform daily investigations of production orders to resolve billing or material issues.
