Job summary

KBR, Inc. in New Boston, TX is seeking a Contingency Material Coordinator to manage receipt, storage, and issue of parts and supplies for TACOM sustainment. You will monitor inventory in ERP/LMP, perform cycle counts, and ensure material availability to meet production and maintenance schedules.

This contingent role requires 2–4 years of logistics experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; preferred vocational training.
• 2–4 years in material coordination, inventory control or logistics.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.
• Experience with ERP/LMP/CAMS/ERP environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receipt, storage, and issue of materials for TACOM work.
• Update production orders and material lists to support BOMs.
• Conduct cycle counts and inventories, report variances.
• Use LMP/CAMS to validate material requirements and progress.
• Communicate shortages and delays to planners and managers.
• Support production orders to ensure on-time delivery.
