KBR, supporting TACOM RRAD, seeks a Material Coordinator to manage receipt, storage, tracking, and movement of parts and materials for maintenance and sustainment activities. You will ensure inventory accuracy, support cycle counts, and work within ERP/LMP/SAP environments to meet mission schedules.

Requires 2–4 years in material coordination and strong Excel skills, with U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance as required. This is a contingent position tied to award.

Qualificações

• The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent with supplemental technical or vocational training preferred.
• Typically 2-4 years of experience in material coordination, inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics.
• Ability to verify stock conditions and report discrepancies.

Responsabilidades

• Process workflow in ERP; manage material receipt, storage, and movement.
• Support planning and acquisition of parts per branch.
• Utilize LMP/CAMS/ERP tools to ensure MRP-derived requirements are valid.
• Maintain accurate inventory and reconcile material against production orders.
• Perform daily investigation of production orders and resolve supply issues.
• Coordinate with Parts managers, Production Planners, and DLA as needed.
• Communicate material shortages and status to production schedules.
