  • Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to support inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Organize and maintain warehouse and stockroom locations using FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Restock and return unused materials from production or project activities to inventory.
  • Maintain accurate inventory locations and support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
  • Assist with physical inventory counts and special projects as required.
  • Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment while following established quality and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, customer-focused, and committed to providing excellent service to both internal teams and external customers.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks,cranes,andother material handling equipment.

  • Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, vendors, customers, and internal departments to ensure on-time delivery.

  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs to purchasing and supply chain teams.

Basic Hiring Criteria:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, logistics, materials management, or a related field.
  • Experience working within ERP systems and inventory management software.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
  • Ability to safely operate, or obtain certification to operate, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain any required driving certifications or endorsements.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability toquicklylearn new systems andtechnology.
  • Excellent organizational andtime managementskills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
