Job summary

DNOW is seeking an Onsite Material Coordinator in Tomball, TX, to coordinate material flow and serve as the liaison between customers and vendors. The role includes servicing existing accounts and handling orders from quotes to invoicing.

You will provide technical sales support, grow the customer base, and collaborate with multiple departments. The position requires lifting up to 40 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills, with experience in PVF/MRO a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Extensive mill tool knowledge required.
• Experience with PVF and MRO supplies a plus.
• Must be able to physically lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must have current, valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and SAP.

Job Requirements

• High School diploma and/or equivalent.
• Extensive mill tool knowledge REQUIRED
• Experience with PVF and MRO supplies a Plus
• Must be able to physically lift up to 40 lbs.
• Must have current, valid driver’s license and acceptable record at all times.
• Written and oral communication skills, both internal and external.
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Computer (Microsoft Office - Excel and Word) and SAP skills.
• Work closely with other departments or business units.

• Goal-oriented with the ability to multi-task under pressure in fast-paced work environment.
