We are seeking an entry-level Warehouse / Materials Coordinator to support shipping, receiving, and materials management activities at a biotech/pharmaceutical site in Bristol, PA. This is a hands-on role focused on organization, logistics, and ensuring materials are properly received, documented, and routed to the appropriate teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily shipping, receiving, and materials management activities.
• Receive and process incoming materials and ensure documentation is completed accurately.
• Organize and assemble material packets and route documentation to Quality Control (QC).
• Track and reconcile materials that have arrived onsite but have not yet been formally received or processed.
• Support the processing and organization of a high volume of incoming materials.
• Handle both GMP and non-GMP materials while following applicable procedures and documentation requirements.
• Provide general warehouse and logistics support to keep materials moving efficiently through the site.

Ideal Background:

• Previous experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, logistics, or materials management.
• Biotech or pharmaceutical experience preferred, but not required.
• Familiarity with GMP materials and documentation is a strong plus.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a hands-on environment.
• Entry-level candidates with strong warehouse/logistics experience are encouraged to apply.
