CB&I is seeking a Materials Control Specialist to oversee material control in a fabrication shop. You will ensure traceability from receiving through fabrication to shipping, align with project requirements, and support quality and safety standards.

Reporting to the Area Welding & QA Manager, you will interact with Project Managers and shop leads to maintain accurate material records and participate in continuous improvement of material management processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3 years in materials control.
• 3 years’ experience in a shop environment handling material control.
• Experience with MRP systems like Oracle Agile PLM and JD Edwards.
• Ability to create Excel reports and pivot tables.

Aufgaben

• Understand the organization’s management system and project requirements related to material control.
• Prepare and maintain project deliverables for materials control.
• Perform receiving inspections and verify materials meet PO requirements.
• Maintain material records including MTRs and certificates of compliance (COCs).
• Assist with preparing shipments to project sites.
• Manage non-conformances and corrective actions related to materials control.
